HUNT360 Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

1. Membership Level:

   • Explorer Members: Must have an active Explorer membership to participate.
   • PRIME Members: Must have an active PRIME membership to earn cash rewards.

2. Age Requirement:

   • Must be at least 18 years of age to participate.

3. Geographical Restrictions:

   • Program is only available in regions where Hunt360 services are offered.

4. Account Standing:

   • Your Hunt360 account must be in good standing, with no violations of our terms of service or community guidelines.

Referral Mechanics:

1. Unique Code:

   • A unique referral code will be generated for each member. This code must be used for the referral to be valid.

2. Shared Content:

   • You can also share any HUNT360 blog article, product reviews, or other content as long as you are logged into your active account to earn a referral. If someone signs up through these pages, you'll receive credit for the referral.

Payment Method:

1. Available Methods:

   • PRIME members will receive their cash rewards via a prepaid cash card or PayPal payment.

2. Cash-Out Process:

   • PRIME members must submit a payment request on the Referral Options page to initiate the payment process.

3. Prepaid Cash Card:

   • Prepaid cash cards will be mailed to the address submitted on the cash out forum. Ensure your mailing address is accurate.

4. Payment Frequency:

   • Payments will be processed within <10 business days> after a payment request has been submitted.

Rewards:

• For Explorer Members:

  • Successfully refer 3 friends to upgrade to PRIME Membership for FREE. Valued at $75 per year.

• For PRIME Members Referral each referral is vauled at $5

Limitations:

1. Non-Transferable:
   • Rewards and membership upgrades are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash (unless you are a PRIME member, where cash rewards are applicable).

General:

1. Fraudulent Activity:

   • HUNT360 reserves the right to disqualify any member from the referral program if fraudulent activity is detected.

2. Modification or Termination:

   • HUNT360 reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members.

3. Legal Jurisdiction:

   • This referral program is governed by the laws of Georgia. All disputes will be resolved under this jurisdiction.
